Actual email from the middle school principal:
'It has come to our attention that some students are ‘sporting’ elastic band bracelets that say “I Love Boobies, keep a breast.” While the intent of some students may actually be to support breast cancer research, others have a less noble intent. These have caused distraction to the learning environment, and in the end, show disrespect to women and girls in our building. If your child owns one of these bracelets, please be advised they are not allowed at RMS. Should your student have a passion for cancer research we will be happy to provide opportunities for fund raising involvement.'
